Bulk Assessment : Please see prices below. Based on properties up to 5 Bedroom Multiple instruction (2 to 10 Property’s) £65 per inspection Multiple instruction (10+) POA There is currently no vat to pay for my services this however may change in the future .
For bulk assessments, pricing is on the basis that multiple assessments can be made on single visit, all EPC’s would be completed within 48hrs of instruction
