Reduced rates for  multiple inspections and property agents for continued custom.

For bulk assessments, pricing is on the basis that multiple assessments can be made on single visit,  all EPC’s would be completed within 12-24hrs of instruction. 

Flat rate fee relates to properties within a 5 mile radius of Plymouth city center, Geographically remote properties, or those of exceptionally complex or unusual construction, may require fee negotiation.

Payment will be required prior to release of EPC.

There is currently no vat to pay for my services this however may change in the future .
